How do I return a recent purchase?
Our return policy is as follows:
If you decide you don't want the product for any reason, you must return it WITHIN 15 DAYS UPON ARRIVAL OF THE PRODUCT. The product must be returned fully intact and 100% resaleable. If it is not in resale condition, (for example, if you don't return all packaging, parts, accessories, or packaging is torn) there will be a 25% restocking fee. You have the option of getting a refund or a store credit applied to your account. If a refund is chosen, the amount refunded will be the purchase price LESS the initial shipping cost. If the store credit is chosen, it will be the total amount paid with no shipping deduction. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. To request an RA, CLICK HERE and fill out the Warranty and Return Form. Please remember that all Return Authorization numbers (RA, RMA) expire after 30 days. If your RA number expires it may change the options available to you for your return.
