What is your return policy?
Our return policy is as follows:
If you decide you don't want the product for any reason, you must return it WITHIN 15 DAYS UPON ARRIVAL OF THE PRODUCT. The product must be returned fully intact and 100% resaleable. If it is not in resale condition, (for example, if you don't return all packaging, parts, accessories, or packaging is torn) there will be a 25% restocking fee. You have the option of getting a refund or a store credit applied to your account. If a refund is chosen, the amount refunded will be the purchase price LESS the initial shipping cost. If the store credit is chosen, it will be the total amount paid with no shipping deduction. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. CLICK HERE to fill out the Warranty and Return Form. Please remember that all Return Authorization numbers (RA, RMA) expire after 30 days. If your RA number expires it may change the options available to you for your return.
Any product which quits working in the first 30 days of purchase will be replaced with a new product or refunded. Please first search for you light on our Knowledge Base and FAQs page and try the troubleshooting options available there. If the troubleshooting does not fix your issue you can follow the instructions at the bottom of that page to request an RA either through the RA request form or through your Customer Account. PLEASE NOTE: If a light with a battery carrier (TK35, TK35UE, BC30, TK41C, TK75, etc.) is returned and the only defect is the battery carrier, we may replace only that piece rather than the entire unit since the unit itself has no defects. This would also apply if it is found that only a battery is defective. Please remember that all Return Authorization numbers (RA, RMA) expire after 30 days. Once your RA number expires you will need to request a new one. This may change the options available to you for your return.
