Can 14500 lithium-ion batteries be used in most other AA devices?Updated 12 days ago
Only if the device says it accepts a 14500. A 14500 is the same size as an AA, but many 14500 batteries run at about 3.6 V while a standard AA is 1.5 V, which can damage a device that was not designed for it. Check the product listing for 14500 and/or AA compatibility; the Fenix ARB-L14-1600U is a 1.5 V AA-size rechargeable made as an alternative to a standard AA.
