Can my Fenix 18650 lithium-ion batteries be left in a below zero storage area for days at a time and still function when the light is needed?Updated 13 days ago

Generally yes, but freezing temperatures will temporarily reduce their performance. Cold temperatures increase the battery internal resistance. This causes a temporary drop in voltage and available runtime while the battery is cold, meaning the flashlight may not hit its maximum Turbo brightness until the battery warms up. If left in extreme cold, warm the battery or flashlight in an inside coat pocket or warm room before high drain use to restore full power. For your battery's storage and operating temperature ranges, please check its manual or product page. Critical Safety Note: Never charge a lithium-ion battery while it is frozen or very cold. Always allow the battery to reach room temperature before placing it on a charger. Pro Tip for Extreme Cold: If you frequently operate in sub-zero environments, consider using CR123A non-rechargeable lithium batteries if supported by your flashlight model, as standard lithium-ion chemistry naturally struggles in deep freezing conditions.
