I can't remove my batteries from my Fenix flashlight. What should I do?Updated a day ago

Unfortunately, there is not always a lot that can be done if a battery becomes stuck in your flashlight. You can send it back to us for repair and and we will do our best to remove the battery or replace parts if we are able to. We are not always able to remedy this problem but we will do whatever we can to assist you.
