Unfortunately there is not always a lot that can be done if a battery becomes stuck in your flashlight. You can use the RA request form to request a return authorization number and we will do our best to remove the battery or replace parts if we are able to. We are not always able to remedy this problem but we will do whatever we can to assist you!
