Operating Instructions
On/Off: Press and hold the side switch for 0.5 seconds to turn on/off the light.
Output Selection: With the light on, single click the side switch to cycle through Moonlight → Low → Med → High → Turbo.
Strobe: Press and hold the side switch for 1.2 seconds to enter Strobe; it returns to the previously used mode on exit.
Intelligent Memory Circuit: The light memorizes the last selected output, excluding Turbo and Strobe.
Lock/Unlock: With the light off, double click the side switch to lock (flashes twice); double click again to unlock.

- Fenix ARB-L16 Series (16340, 3.6V): Usable.
- Non-rechargeable Lithium Battery (CR123A, 3V): Usable (no charging).
- Rechargeable LiFePO4 Battery (16340, 3.2V): Banned.
Battery Replacement: Unscrew the light tail and insert the battery with the anode side (+) towards the light head, then screw the light tail back on.
Charging
Switch off the light, plug the USB-A end into an outlet, then connect the USB Type-C end to the light. The indicator displays red while charging and turns green when full; close the anti-dust cover after charging. Normal charging time is about 1 hour 20 minutes. Recharge a stored light every four months.
Battery Level Indication
Green on: saturated 100–85%. Green flashes: sufficient 85–50%. Red on: poor 50–25%. Red flashes: critical 25–1%. (Works only with a Fenix ARB-L16-800P battery.)
Low-Voltage Warning
When voltage drops below the preset level, the flashlight downshifts until Moonlight is reached, then blinks red constantly to prompt recharging. (Works only with a Fenix ARB-L16-800P battery.)

Usage and Maintenance
- Disassembling the sealed head can cause damage to the light and will void the warranty.
- Fenix recommends using an excellent quality battery.
- If the light will not be used for an extended period, remove the battery to avoid damage from electrolyte leakage or explosion.
- Lock the light or remove the battery to prevent accidental activation during storage or transportation.
- Long-term use can result in O-ring wear; replace with an approved spare to maintain a proper water seal.
