A Quick Note About IP Ratings: In an IP rating, you&apos;ll typically see two digits after the &quot;IP.&quot; The first digit refers to the protection of the internal components such as the electronics from solid foreign objects like dust. These numbers are rated from 0 (unprotected) to 6 (complete protection). The second digit refers to the protection of the internal components from water. These numbers range from 0 (unprotected) - 8 (fully submersible up to 2 meters for 30 minutes).</p>
