I bought my Fenix light from another seller — where do I get warranty service?Updated 3 hours ago

It depends on where your seller got the light. Fenix Store provides warranty service for Fenix lights bought from Fenix Store and for lights bought from other retailers supplied by Fenix Wholesale. For a light that came through any other channel, warranty service goes through the seller you bought it from.

1. Find your proof of purchase

Warranty service requires proof of purchase. Look for your order confirmation email, receipt or invoice, or the order details in your account on the seller's website. If you bought on a marketplace such as Amazon, the order details show who the item was "sold by." That company is your seller, not the marketplace.

2. Find your serial number

Every Fenix product made since September 2008 has a unique 11-digit serial number. You can look it up on Fenix's serial number inquiry page.

3. Find out who provides warranty service

Not sure whether your seller is supplied by Fenix Wholesale? Send your light's serial number to Fenix Store support through live chat (the chat button on any page of fenix-store.com) or at [email protected], and we'll tell you who provides warranty service for it.

  • If Fenix Store services your light: try the troubleshooting steps in your model's Manual & Specs article first, then submit a claim from our Warranty and Repair page. We provide a free shipping label for warranty claims only on lights bought from Fenix Store. If you bought your light from another retailer, you pay to ship it to the repair center, and the repaired light is shipped back to you at no charge.
  • If Fenix Store doesn't service your light: contact the seller you bought it from for warranty service.

Register your light

Registering adds 6 months to your warranty. If Fenix Store provides warranty service for your light, register it with our product registration form. If another company provides warranty service, ask your seller how to register your light.
