For flashlights still under the full-coverage warranty that were purchased from Fenix Store, we provide a pre-paid shipping label to send the light to our partner repair center in Oklahoma, and the repaired or replaced item is shipped back to you at no cost. If you purchased from another Fenix Wholesale retailer, you pay to ship the light to the repair center and Fenix pays the return postage to you. You will not be charged parts or labor for warrantied flashlights. For flashlights out of the full-coverage warranty period, labor is free and the customer will be charged for any parts needed to make the repairs, at cost. The customer pays shipping to the repair center, and shipping back to the customer is free. If the light is out of warranty and cannot be repaired, the customer will be provided with a discount on the purchase of a new light.
