Due to the high recoil of shotguns, we don't recommend using Fenix flashlights on shotguns. The circuitry in our Fenix flashlights are not built to withstand the shotgun's high recoil. However, most Fenix flashlights would be able to withstand the recoil of a pistol or rifle.
