Yes, the HT30R is designed to be used with a weapon mount. The double internal springs will protect the light and battery from damage from recoil. 

You can use the ALG-00 rail mount, ALG-16 M-Lok rail clamp, or the ALG-18 Barrel mount to attach the HT30R to your weapon and use the AER-04 or AER-05 remote pressure switches to operate the light from your weapon grip.
