These steps work for all versions of the BC30R
- Click and hold the power switch for .5 seconds. A single click will not turn the light on, you must hold the button down.
- If the remote switch is not working, please confirm that it is plugged in fully. It can be difficult to plug in all the way and may feel like it is fully connected when it is not. Push very hard to ensure a good connection. Just be careful that it is aligned properly so as not to damage the USB port!
- If the LCD display shows about 1 Hour and 50 Minutes on Turbo when fully charged this is normal. Because of the ANSI standard of how runtimes are measured the runtime is displayed on the chart as 2 Hours and 40 Minutes, but actual runtime is 1 Hour 50 Minutes.
