Click and hold the power switch for .5 seconds. A single click will not turn the light on, you must hold the button down. If the remote switch is not working, please confirm that it is plugged in fully. It can be difficult to plug in all the way and may feel like it is fully connected when it is not. Push very hard to ensure a good connection. Just be careful that it is aligned properly so as not to damage the USB port! After you have completed the above troubleshooting steps, if your light is still not working, visit our Warranty and Repair page (https://fenix-store.com/pages/warranty-info) to review the policy and submit a claim.
