Fenix E02R Troubleshooting StepsUpdated 5 hours ago
If your light will not turn on or charge, remove the plastic insulation disc from inside the flashlight body before using it. Please watch the video for instructions.
If the charging indicator remains solid green while the light is plugged in but the light is not working, the battery may be defective. Since the battery cannot be replaced, please contact our Warranty Department.
Confirm that each section of the flashlight has the correct number of O-rings. There should be two O-rings on the side of the body where the head connects and one O-ring on the tail cap.
The flashlight already has the required O-rings installed when it is removed from the box. The additional O-ring included in the box is a spare. If you installed the spare O-ring, please remove it, as an extra O-ring may prevent the light from making a full connection with the battery.
Lubricate the O-rings by applying a small amount of petroleum jelly with the end of a cotton swab.
The E02R uses twist-head activation. Tighten the head completely onto the body of the flashlight. If the head is not tightened far enough, it will not make contact and the light will not turn on.
If the light is still not working after you have completed these troubleshooting steps, please visit our Warranty and Repair page to review the policy and submit a claim.
