• If your light won't turn on or won't charge, be sure to remove the plastic insulation disc (please watch video) inside the flashlight body as soon as you get the light.
• Click and hold the power switch for .5 seconds. A single click will not turn the light on, you must hold the button down.
• If the charging indicator is showing constant green while it is plugged in but the light is not working, the battery may be bad.
• If the light flashes twice when you press the button it is in lockout mode! Double-click the switch quickly to deactivate lockout and turn the light on.
• The charging indicator light should remain on only while charging. If the battery indicator light remains on even while not charged this is indicative of a defect. Please contact our customer service department.
