If your light will not turn on or charge, remove the plastic insulation disc from inside the flashlight body before using it. Please watch the video for instructions.Press and hold the power switch for 0.5 seconds. A single press will not turn on the light. You must hold the button until the light activates.If the charging indicator remains solid green while the light is plugged in but the light is not working, the battery may be defective.If the light flashes twice when you press the button, it is in lockout mode. Quickly double-press the switch to deactivate lockout mode and turn on the light.The charging indicator should only remain illuminated while the light is charging. If the indicator remains illuminated when the light is unplugged and not charging, this may indicate a defect. Please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.If the light is still not working after you have completed these troubleshooting steps, please visit our <a href="https://fenix-store.com/pages/warranty-info">Warranty and Repair page</a> to review the policy and submit a claim.
