These steps are for the original Fenix E03R. If you have the E03R V2.0, see the Fenix E03R V2.0 Manual & Specs article.

If your light will not turn on or charge, remove the plastic insulation disc from inside the flashlight body before using it.

Press and hold the power switch for 0.5 seconds. A single press will not turn on the light. You must hold the button until the light activates.

If the charging indicator remains solid green while the light is plugged in but the light is not working, the battery may be defective.

If the light flashes twice when you press the button, it is in lockout mode. Quickly double-press the switch to deactivate lockout mode.

The charging indicator should only remain illuminated while the light is charging. If the indicator remains illuminated when the light is unplugged and not charging, this may indicate a defect. Please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.
