If your light won't turn on or won't charge, be sure to remove the plastic insulation disc (please watch video) inside the flashlight body as soon as you get the light. Click and hold the power switch for .5 seconds. A single click will not turn the light on, you must hold the button down. If the charging indicator is showing constant green while it is plugged in but the light is not working, the battery may be bad. If the light flashes twice when you press the button it is in lockout mode! Double-click the switch quickly to deactivate lockout and turn the light on. The charging indicator light should remain on only while charging. If the battery indicator light remains on even while not charged this is indicative of a defect.
