Fenix HP30R V2 Troubleshooting StepsUpdated a day ago

Please confirm that the battery cap is screwed down completely.

Confirm that the 21700 batteries you are using are working properly by testing them in another compatible device. If you do not have another device that uses 21700 batteries, ask a coworker or friend if they have one you can use. You can also try a different set of 21700 batteries that you know are working.

Confirm that there is only one O-ring on the light. The light already has an O-ring installed when it is removed from the box. The additional O-ring included in the box is a spare. If you installed the spare O-ring, please remove it, as having two O-rings will prevent the light from making a full connection with the batteries.

Lubricate the O-ring by applying a small amount of petroleum jelly with the end of a cotton swab.

If you are having trouble charging the batteries in the headlamp, test the AC adapter and USB cable with another device. Alternatively, try charging the headlamp with a different USB cable or AC adapter.

If the light is still not working after you have completed these troubleshooting steps, please visit our Warranty and Repair page to review the policy and submit a claim.
