Fenix LD75C Troubleshooting StepsUpdated a year ago

  • Confirm that your batteries are good. Try using the battery in another device.
  • Confirm that the batteries are inserted into the light facing the correct directions. 2 batteries should go in positive (+) side toward the head (LED) and 2 should go in negative (-) side down, as indicated on the inside of the flashlight.
  • Confirm that there is only one o-ring on the light. The o-ring that comes in the box is a spare. The light already has an o-ring on it when you first remove it from the box. If you put on the spare o-ring, please remove it as this will prevent the light from making a full connection with the batteries.
  • Lubricate the o-ring using a small amount of petroleum jelly on the end of a cotton swab.
  • Confirm that the tail cap piece is completely tight on the body of the flashlight.
  • Click and hold the power switch for .5 seconds. A single click will not turn the light on, you must hold the button down.
  • The rotation ring can become very tight and may be difficult to turn after not being used for a while. However, once you turn it the ring should "loosen up" again.
