If your light will not turn on or charge, remove the plastic insulation disc from inside the flashlight body before using it. Please watch the video for instructions.

Make sure the battery or batteries are inserted into the flashlight in the correct direction. The positive (+) end should face the head, or LED end, of the flashlight.

Confirm that there is only one O-ring on the light. The flashlight already has an O-ring installed when it is removed from the box. The additional O-ring included in the box is a spare. If you installed the spare O-ring, please remove it, as having two O-rings will prevent the flashlight from making a full connection with the batteries.

Lubricate the O-ring by applying a small amount of petroleum jelly with the end of a cotton swab.

If the flashlight only turns on while it is plugged in, confirm that the tail cap is screwed on completely. If the tail cap appears to be tight, check the tactical ring. If the tactical ring is not tightened completely, it may prevent the tail cap from being fully secured.

Loosen the tail cap before tightening the tactical ring onto the body of the flashlight. If the tail cap is tightened against the tactical ring, it may prevent the ring from moving. Once the tactical ring is secure, tighten the tail cap completely.

If the flashlight is still not working after you tighten the tactical ring and tail cap, remove the tactical ring, turn it around and reinstall it.
