Fenix TK25 Troubleshooting StepsUpdated a day ago
These troubleshooting tips apply to all versions of the TK25.
Confirm that the battery or batteries are working properly by testing them in another compatible device.
Make sure the battery or batteries are inserted into the light in the correct direction. The positive (+) end should face the head, or LED end, of the flashlight.
Confirm that there is only one O-ring on the light. The light already has an O-ring installed when it is removed from the box. The additional O-ring included in the box is a spare. If you installed the spare O-ring, please remove it, as having two O-rings will prevent the light from making a full connection with the batteries.
Lubricate the O-ring by applying a small amount of petroleum jelly with the end of a cotton swab.
Confirm that the tail cap is tightened completely onto the body of the flashlight.
Complete the additional troubleshooting steps provided on our “Troubleshooting Your Flashlight” page.
If the light is still not working after you have completed these troubleshooting steps, please visit our Warranty and Repair page to review the policy and submit a claim.
