Fenix TK35UE Troubleshooting StepsUpdated 2 years ago
- Confirm that your batteries are good. Try using the battery in another device.
- Confirm that the battery/batteries are inserted into the light facing the correct direction. One should be positive (+) side up and the other should be negative (-) side down as indicated on the battery carrier. Both negative ends should be touching the springs on the battery carrier.
- Confirm that there is only one o-ring on the light. The o-ring that comes in the box is a spare. The light already has an o-ring on it when you first remove it from the box. If you put on the spare o-ring, please remove it as this will prevent the light from making a full connection with the batteries.
- Lubricate the o-ring using a small amount of petroleum jelly on the end of a cotton swab.
- Confirm that the head piece is completely tight on the body of the flashlight.
- Confirm that the mode selection switch is not on the "Lockout" selection
- If you are only getting the Turbo setting, confirm that the mode selection switch is not on the "Tactical Mode" selection.
- If the charging indicator is showing constant green while it is plugged in but the light is not working, the batteries may be bad.
