Fenix TK35UE Troubleshooting StepsUpdated a day ago

Confirm that the batteries are working properly by testing them in another compatible device.

Make sure the batteries are inserted into the light in the correct direction, as indicated on the battery carrier. One battery should be inserted with the positive (+) end facing up, while the other should be inserted with the negative (−) end facing down. Both negative ends should touch the springs on the battery carrier.

Confirm that there is only one O-ring on the light. The light already has an O-ring installed when it is removed from the box. The additional O-ring included in the box is a spare. If you installed the spare O-ring, please remove it, as having two O-rings will prevent the light from making a full connection with the batteries.

Lubricate the O-ring by applying a small amount of petroleum jelly with the end of a cotton swab.

Confirm that the head is tightened completely onto the body of the flashlight.

Confirm that the mode-selection switch is not set to “Lockout.”

If the flashlight only operates in Turbo mode, confirm that the mode-selection switch is not set to “Tactical Mode.”

If the charging indicator remains solid green while the flashlight is plugged in but the light is not working, the batteries may need to be replaced.

If the light is still not working after you have completed these troubleshooting steps, please visit our Warranty and Repair page to review the policy and submit a claim.
