If your light will not turn on or charge, remove the plastic insulation disc from inside the flashlight body before using it. Please watch the video for instructions.Press and hold the power switch for 0.5 seconds. A single press will not turn on the light. You must hold the button until the light activates.If the charging indicator remains solid green while the light is plugged in but the light is not working, the battery may need to be replaced.If the light is still not working after you have completed these troubleshooting steps, please visit our <a href="https://fenix-store.com/pages/warranty-info">Warranty and Repair page</a> to review the policy and submit a claim.

If your light won't turn on or won't charge, be sure to remove the plastic insulation disc (please watch video) inside the flashlight body as soon as you get the light.
