If your light won&apos;t turn on or won&apos;t charge, be sure to remove the plastic insulation disc (please watch video) inside the flashlight body as soon as you get the light. Click and hold the power switch for .5 seconds. A single click will not turn the light on, you must hold the button down. If the charging indicator is showing constant green while it is plugged in but the light is not working, the battery may be bad. After you have completed the above troubleshooting steps, if your light is still not working, visit our Warranty and Repair page (https://fenix-store.com/pages/warranty-info) to review the policy and submit a claim.
