Fenix WF11E Troubleshooting StepsUpdated 2 years ago

  • Confirm that you are using compatible batteries. The WF11E can only use: Energizer E91, Duracell MN1500, Rayovac 815 AA 1.5V Alkaline Batteries.
  • Confirm that the batteries you're using are the same brand and capacity. Different brands and/or battery capacities may damage the flashlight.
  • Confirm that your battery(ies) are good. Try using the battery(ies) in another device.
  • Confirm that the battery(ies) are inserted into the light facing the correct direction. The Positive (+) side should be toward the head (LED) of the flashlight.
  • Confirm that there is only one o-ring on the light. The o-ring that comes in the box is a spare. The light already has an o-ring on it when you first remove it from the box.
  • Lubricate the o-ring using a small amount of petroleum jelly on the end of a cotton swab.
