Confirm that you are using compatible batteries. The WF11E can only be used with the following AA 1.5V alkaline batteries:<ul><li>Energizer E91</li><li>Duracell MN1500</li><li>Rayovac 815</li></ul>Confirm that all batteries are the same brand and capacity. Using batteries from different brands or with different capacities may damage the flashlight.Confirm that the batteries are working properly by testing them in another compatible device.Make sure the batteries are inserted into the light in the correct direction. The positive (+) ends should face the head, or LED end, of the flashlight.Confirm that there is only one O-ring on the light. The light already has an O-ring installed when it is removed from the box. The additional O-ring included in the box is a spare.Lubricate the O-ring by applying a small amount of petroleum jelly with the end of a cotton swab.If the light is still not working after you have completed these troubleshooting steps, please visit our <a href="https://fenix-store.com/pages/warranty-info">Warranty and Repair page</a> to review the policy and submit a claim.

Confirm that you are using compatible batteries. The WF11E can only use: Energizer E91, Duracell MN1500, Rayovac 815 AA 1.5V Alkaline Batteries. Confirm that the batteries you're using are the same brand and capacity. Different brands and/or battery capacities may damage the flashlight. Confirm that your battery(ies) are good. Try using the battery(ies) in another device. Confirm that the battery(ies) are inserted into the light facing the correct direction. The Positive (+) side should be toward the head (LED) of the flashlight. Confirm that there is only one o-ring on the light. The o-ring that comes in the box is a spare. The light already has an o-ring on it when you first remove it from the box. Lubricate the o-ring using a small amount of petroleum jelly on the end of a cotton swab.
