Fenix WT25R Troubleshooting StepsUpdated a day ago
Press and hold the power button for 0.5 seconds to turn on the flashlight. A quick press will not turn it on. You must hold the button until the light activates.
If your light will not turn on or charge, remove the plastic insulation disc from inside the flashlight body before using it. Please watch the video for instructions.
If the charging indicator remains solid green while the light is plugged in but the light is not working, the battery may need to be replaced.
Confirm that the tail cap is screwed on completely.
Confirm that there is only one O-ring on the light. The light already has an O-ring installed when it is removed from the box. The additional O-ring included in the box is a spare. If you installed the spare O-ring, please remove it, as having two O-rings will prevent the light from making a full connection with the battery.
Lubricate the O-ring by applying a small amount of petroleum jelly with the end of a cotton swab.
If the light is still not working after you have completed these troubleshooting steps, please visit our Warranty and Repair page to review the policy and submit a claim.
