Fenix-Store facilitates most repairs through our partner repair center in Oklahoma. For the products which can be repaired in Oklahoma, repairs are normally done within 30 days of receipt as long as parts are available. If parts are unavailable or the repair can't be done locally, the light is sent to the manufacturer, which takes longer. There are times when we are out of stock on certain parts. You will be notified of the progress.
