Please search our knowledgebase for your specific light model and click on the troubleshooting steps for that model. For example, if you have the Fenix PD35 V2, type that into the search bar and click on "Fenix PD35 V2 Troubleshooting Steps."

Please follow the troubleshooting steps to see if they help resolve the issue. The most common issues we've seen that cause flickering or blinking include a low battery, a loose connection that comes from a loose spring in the light or a battery that isn't long enough, or an internal problem with the light. If the troubleshooting steps don't fix the issue, follow the instructions on the bottom of the troubleshooting page to start the warranty process.
