What are some things I can do to make sure I get the longest life from my Fenix light?Updated a day ago

A few general habits help any Fenix light last longer: store batteries partially charged (not fully depleted or fully charged) if not using the light for an extended period; avoid leaving batteries in a light that will sit unused for months, since even low parasitic drain can eventually over-discharge them; keep contacts and threads clean and lightly lubricated with dielectric grease or petroleum jelly; avoid extreme temperature swings; and don't leave a light on turbo mode for extended periods beyond what the heat-management system is designed for. If you run into a specific issue, search our Knowledge Base for troubleshooting steps for your model first - many issues can be resolved without sending the light in for service.
