If you purchased your light from Fenix Store, submit a warranty claim through our Warranty and Repair page (https://fenix-store.com/pages/warranty-info); for lights under full-coverage warranty we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. If you purchased your light elsewhere, it depends on who the distributor is for the product you purchased. Please email our customer service team with the light's serial number and we will get back to you with information on who will provide warranty and repair service.
