Which has the broadest beam between the Fenix TK16 (V1) or the Fenix TK09?Updated 2 years ago

The Fenix TK16 (V1) flashlight will give you the broader beam of the two. The Fenix TK09 has a very tight center spot or ring so it will have further throw as well. I would definitely recommend the TK16 (V1) over the TK09 since your looking for a general purpose beam.

Both of these lights have been discontinued. We recommend the TK16 V2 and the TK11 TAC as replacements. The TK16 V2 will offer a broader beam.
