The likely cause of this problem is simply that the battery does not have enough energy to power the turbo setting. Please be aware that the 3000 lumen output only lasts for about 18 minutes only as long as the battery is above 80%.

Also, the 3000 lumen turbo mode requires a lot of energy so, even if you have not used the light very much, the battery may be too low to achieve the maximum output. Please plug the light in until the charging indicator is green and try the turbo setting again.
