The likely cause of this problem is simply that the battery does not have enough energy to power the turbo setting. The highest outputs require a well-charged battery, and, as described in the user manual, Turbo will automatically step down to a lower output as the light heats up and as the battery level drops. Even if you have not used the light very much, the battery may be too low to achieve the maximum output. Please plug the light in until the charging indicator is green and try the turbo setting again.
