Why is the E-Spark not charging my phone?Updated 2 years ago

Unfortunately, Fenix cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices. There are a few reasons why the E-Spark might not work with your device:

  1. The light must be off in order to charge your device. Please ensure that the light is turned off
  2. Use the male USB C prong to plug the E-Spark directly into your device. Do not connect your device to the female port using a cable.
  3. Once the light is plugged in, you must click the side switch once to begin discharging.
  4. The battery in the E-Spark may be low. Check the battery level indicator first. You may need to recharge it.
  5. Your mobile phone uses a special charging protocol. Some Samsung and Sony phones might fall under this issue.
