For flashlights still under the full-coverage warranty, the customer is responsible for shipping charges to Fenix-Store in Oklahoma.  You will not be charged parts or labor for warrantied flashlights. Fenix Store pays the return postage to the customer.

For flashlights out of the full-coverage warranty period, the customer pays shipping to Fenix Store. You will be charged for any parts needed to make the repairs. Fenix Store pays the return postage to the customer.
