Can I get a battery cable extension for my Fenix headlamp or bike light?

No, we do not have cable extension for our Fenix headlamps or bike lights.

Can I purchase a headband for Fenix headlamp?

Yes we do offer replacement headbands for purchase. Please contact our customer service department through our Contact Us form to see if the headband you need is available.

Can the HM65R be used while it is being recharged?

Yes, it can be used while it is being charged but it can only access the medium output of each light.

Can the HM65R-T be used while it is being recharged?

Yes, but it can only be turned on into the low output of each LED.

Can you operate both the spot and flood lights at the same time on the Fenix HP25R headlamp?

No, you cannot operate both spot and flood on the Fenix HP25R headlamp. You can do this with the Fenix HM65R, however.

Does the HM65R feature a memory function?

Yes, the headlamp will turn on in the same output level that it was in when you last turned it off!

Is the headband strap removable on the HM65R-T?

No, the headband cannot be removed on the HM65R-T. This headband uses a specialized S.P.O.R.T. tightening system which cannot be disassembled. The headband can be replaced in the event that it becomes loose or broken, but it must be cut off to replac
