Why does the power extender still discharge when the HM75R is fully charged?

With the light load detection function switched on, the power extender will automatically stop discharging when the headlamp is fully charged. Re-insert the Type-C plug and click the Switch B or re-insert the battery to restart discharging.

Why does the HM75R downshift to a lower mode after being used for a while and the higher mode cannot be selected?
