Fenix rechargeable flashlights will come with batteries. However, non-rechargeable Fenix flashlights usually won't come with a battery. A good way to tell is that the "UC" series, "RC" series, and all flashlights ending with the letter "R" (TK20R) will be directly rechargeable and come with a battery.
