To turn on the white LED, press and hold the switch for 0.5 seconds. From there, single click to cycle through the white outputs. They go as follows: low - med - high.

To access the red and blue LED on the E-Lite, press and hold the switch for 1.2 seconds and the red LED will come on. From there, single click to cycle through the different outputs. They go as follows: red - red flash - blue - blue flash. 

To lockout and unlock the light, double click the switch. When the light is locked out and you try to turn it on, the light will flash twice and the battery light indicator will glow.
