What does the Protection Plan cover?Updated 2 years ago
The protection plan covers your light in the event of any non-manufacturing defects. This most commonly refers to if the light is dropped or otherwise damaged during use.
It is incredibly easy to file a claim on the Extend Claims Center and your claim is usually approved immediately!
If your light has a problem that is not covered under the standard Fenix warranty, please do not contact Fenix-Store.com. File a claim with Extend using the above link.
If your light has a manufacturing defect that is covered under the Fenix warranty, you should contact us at Fenix-Store directly or use our self-service returns portal.
If you aren't sure if your problem is covered by Extend or not, file a claim with them first. If your claim is declined, you should then contact Fenix-Store.
