What is the difference between the Fenix Full Coverage Warranty and the Fenix Limited Lifetime Warranty?Updated 2 years ago

All Fenix flashlights are covered under a Limited Lifetime Warranty and full coverage warranty. The full-coverage warranty lasts for a set period of time where both parts and labor are covered. The full coverage can last anywhere between 1 - 5 years depending on your product. Refer to the information below to find out how long your full coverage warranty lasts. After that, we offer a Limited Lifetime warranty which covers the cost of labor only. Please see a full explanation of the Fenix Warranty below.

The Fenix Warranty covers products divided into 3 categories. Non-electronic accessories like flashlight filter caps do not have a warranty.

CATEGORY 1: Flashlights, Headlamps, and Bike Lights. (includes all lights which ship WITHOUT rechargeable batteries and those lights which ship WITH
rechargeable batteries which can be removed from the light)

COVERAGE FOR CATEGORY 1: 5 Years full coverage on the Light (1 year on the included rechargeable battery if there is one)
**If you register your light on the manufacturer's website, your warranty is extended an additional 6 months on the light and battery.

CATEGORY 2: Flashlights, Headlamps, and Bike Lights which ship WITH a sealed or built-in battery pack which cannot be accessed by the customer. Example:  BC30R

COVERAGE FOR CATEGORY 2: 2 Years full coverage on both the light and battery pack
**If you register your light on the manufacturer's website, your warranty is extended an additional 6 months on the light and battery.

CATEGORY 3: Rechargeable batteries, battery chargers, bike mounts, and Remote Pressure Switch
