Fenix flashlights come with a 5 year warranty that covers manufacturer defects. The warranty would be voided if you dismantled a part that was not supposed to be disassembled like the entire head piece or the tail switch itself. The warranty would also be voided if the damage outside of normal wear and use.
Fenix batteries are under warranty for one year. The battery warranty does not cover battery corrosion, batteries in deep-discharge, or batteries that have been damaged outside of normal use.
Finally, certain flashlight parts and flashlight accessories do not come with a warranty including lenses, pocket clips, and holsters.
