Why is my payment being declined?Updated a year ago

Common causes of declined payments include:

  • Incorrect credit card number or expiration date
  • Billing/Shipping addresses do not match what is listed on your card account
  • Insufficient funds
  • The bank declined based on location
  • The bank's fraud rules blocked the transaction

Please verify the first three and, if you are still having trouble, contact your bank to find out about any issues you may be having with the other two. If you have verified that each of these items is not the cause of the problem please contact us either through our contact form or by calling 877-449-3301 and we will see if there is anything that we can do to process the card for you in another way. 

If you've attempted to place the order multiple times, please rest assured that any duplicate charges that you are seeing on your account are just pending and will drop off soon.
