Yes the HM61R features a magnetic charging port that does not leave the internal electronics exposed. It is fully waterproof to IP68 standard (fully submersible to 2 meters for up to 30 minutes). Please ensure that the magnetic port is dry before cha
How long does it take to fully charge the HM61R?
The included ARB-L18-3400 battery can be fully charged in roughly 4 hours.
Why does my HM61R not reach its full output?
There are a couple of reasons that your headlamp may not be reaching the upper output levels. The battery may be low. Please try to recharge the battery. If the problem persists, try a different battery in the headlamp. The headlamp may be too hot. O
Is the magnetic charging port on the HM61R waterproof?
Yes, the magnetic port is rated to IP68 protection, fully submersible to up to 2 meters for up to 30 minutes. We do recommend that you do not use the charging port if it is wet. If the flashlight gets wet please ensure that the port is completely dry

Yes the HM61R will turn on again in whatever setting it was in when it was last turned off.
